Items will be packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days once order is placed.
Return & Exchange Policy
In order to issue a full refund, items must be returned unworn, unstained as originally sent with all tags and safety tag intact. Return process must be commenced within 15 days of order received for a return service to be valid. Return label is paid by client. If a product is defective, customer must issue an email stating the defect with images. We will then asses if a product can be fixed at no cost or if a full refund or exchange is in order. Return label is at customer's cost. We do nor accept returns or issue refunds on custom orders.
